WAQF ENDOWMENT FUND PROJECT
With the economic hardships on the increase, the provision of care and
education to orphans has posed great challenge and continuation of
such service comes at a cost and demands huge resources.
Our donors and well wishers have generously supported us for
all these years. However, as the challenge for resource mobilization grows
bigger by the day, the Association has initiated a Waqf Endowment Fund
Project by way of putting up 20 flats in a prime area of Nairobi at an
estimated cost of Ksh 70,000,000/-.
This project upon completion is expected to generate an income of Ksh 700,000/-
to 800,000/- per month which is considered a substantial income for the
running of the centre in future as a way of ensuring its self sustainability.
Towards our effort to realize this goal, we seek your kind heart and generous
hand by way of adding your share to this highly profitable investment whose
returns will be multiplied by Allah ten times at the minimum and 700 times and
beyond by the grace of Allah. 
Please come on board and be a partner in this project and
earn permanent thawab even after your death. In another Hadith,
Prophet Mohammed (S.A.W) said “Once a human being dies, all (the recording of)
his deeds are terminated except three; sadqa aljariya (sadqa whose ajr continues
even after a persons death), knowledge whose content is usefully applied
by the learners and the prayers of pious children who pray for their
deceased parents”.
In order to facilitate greater participation by all willing Muslims,
the cost is broken down as follows:-
1) Estimated Cost per flat = Ksh 3,000,000/-
2) Estimated Cost per metre squared = 30,000/-
3) Estimated Cost per stone = 55/-
